HR Generalist (m/w/d)
Main Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all Admin activities including hiring admin process
  • Point of contact for Managers HR Operations area
  • Coordinating the HR admin function to meet organizational objectives
  • Develop and updates internal processes to meet the organization objective and be more efficient
  • Project management & Process improvement within HR Operations
  • Responsible for HR systems
  • Performance process & Talent Management lead
  • Recruiting incl. coordination of Assessments
  • Take responsibility for HR processes for quality management, including documentation
  • Participate in International HR projects
  • Responsibility for Onboarding
  • Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions
  • Managing and implemeting new processes in order to drive efficiency in HR Ops area

For this position, you will receive a gross monthly salary of EUR 3,000 (full-time basis). In the case of job-related experience and qualifications, an overpayment is considered. Willingness to travel is required.
