Prupose of role:
You are responsible for the correct presentation and mapping of the current service contracts within our INNIO systems. Based on this information the main task is to support Service Contract management specialist in executing regular performance/margin reviews per contract and ensure visibility of performance of the contract. You will work closely with our service and finance department to get relevant data and updates.
Service Contract Modeling
? Closely work together with regions to reduce work backlogs, help to identify root causes and influence long-term process improvements.
? Ensure the accurate financial and operational modeling of the entire CSA portfolio in line with controllership guidelines (correctness and completeness)
? Maintain CSA models up to date and accurate to ensure proper sales and cost backlog reporting, operational forecasting and portfolio risk management.
? Be responsible for providing direct support to Contract Performance Managers (CPM’s) and be their point-to-go for CSA modeling advice.
? Be the Model expert and support regarding tool enhancements, implement and drive system.
? Improve business modeling uniformity through close collaboration with other MYA Specialists, Risk Teams, Finance, Operations.
Contractual Margin Review
? Support the model actualization and help to define new contractual margins.
? Act with local Audit agencies (e.g. KPMG) and controlling to fulfill statutory compliances and analyze their requests.
? Update of contractual cost backlog within the relevant systems.
Risk Monitoring/Performance Review
? Associate performance reviews of important CSA contracts with huge impact on the whole portfolio CM.
? Prepare significant presentations and collect needed data from relevant participants of various departments within the firm
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Key professional, project or leadership experience: Ability in communicating with senior level leaders and relevant teams within the Company
- Academic requirements: A-levels from a commercial-oriented high school or adequate job experience in a related area
- Languages: German and English fluently, Italian or Spanish is a plus
- Job specific knowledge: Advanced MS User (mainly in Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
According to Austrian law, job postings need to include the minimum salary for a position. For this position, the minimum salary based on the collective agreement is EUR 2.682,54 gross per month. We will be pleased to discuss the appropriate effective salary based on your qualifications and experience.
Hours: 38,5 hours per week, 5 days
Starting: middle of December
