Product Documentation Specialist (m/f/d) in Carinthia
Main Tasks:
  • Creation of parts lists considering country-specific requirements (languages, legal text, approvals, etc.)
  • Creating parts codes
  • Creating the initial specification for paper documents
  • Supporting the commercial side regarding language split on packaging
  • Close cooperation with graphic suppliers
  • Support for realisation and timely release of packaging and paperwork
  • Creation of the packaging hierarchy (boxes, pallet, container)
  • Creation of all necessary documents (stickers, EAN, etc.)
  • Input of all relevant transport information

Life Cycle Management:
  • Maintaining and updating parts lists during production
  • Carry out technical changes
  • Changes in production location and other changes related to general group policies and tasks
  • Specification, planning, documentation, and approval of change requests regarding packaging

Packaging Development:
  • Support packaging development considering commercial, logistical, quantitative, legal and internal requirements at the supplier
  • Evaluate and find the optimal concept (together with internal departments, suppliers, manufacturers, etc.) and document the same
  • Responsible for the timely realisation and release of the packaging and paper items
  • Engineering college, university degree or long (verifiable) experience with PDM systems
  • Experience in creating and maintaining parts lists
  • Technical understanding
  • Production or development experience related to documentation
  • Excellent English – Spoken and written (at least C1)

Software skills:
  • MS-Office (Outlook, Power-Point, Word, Excel)
  • Acrobat Writer
  • PDM system experience (ideally with PDM Windchill)
  • SAP S/4Hana

The salary minimum for this position is EUR 2.700.- gross per month. It can be significantly higher depending on your education and professional experience.
