For our international client in the technology industry Adecco is recruiting the following position:
Finance and Adminstrative Officer (m/f)
  • Provides finance and administrative services
  • Process payments on SAP
  • Ensures accuracy of accounting entries and their consistency as per company procedure
  • Coordinates the preparation and consolidation of the area´s periodic OBC
  • Cost saving and activity reports
  • Assist in the preparation of operational and capital budget
  • Provides and implements systems for all accounting activities within the area
  • Administers and handles with corporae finance on all finance related issues
  • Liaises on all administrative issues between the area and other divisions
  • Excellent communication and inter personal skills in English
  • Desire to excel and to be innovate
  • Capability to solve problems and find non-standard solutions
  • Strong team spirit and being a good team-player
  • Experience of working with SAP
  • Ability to work independently to pursue goals and thrive in a complex organization within a virtual team
  • Ability to manage budgets and complex processes
For this position we pay a minimum wage of EUR 1.900,- / pre-tax (Fulltime). We are prepared to exceed depending on qualification and experience. Please send your CV in English.
