Studentenjob - Ground Operations Supervisor (m/f)
The Ground Operations Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of all aspects of the safe, cost-effective and punctual running of their allocated base’s operation. The Supervisor will oversee the daily operations and will report to the Ground Operations Manager in charge of managing the station’s performance.
  • Ensuring that the operational KPIs are being met by the contracted partners at a given airport daily reporting to the Ground Operations Manager in charge
  • On-site supervision at the given airport in all areas (passenger handling, ramp handling, load control, etc.)
  • Overseeing performance of certain flights, assisting in reaching the desired quality of handling
  • Preparing reports on the station’s performance in key areas
  • Conducting audits and daily checks on the given airport
  • Giving assistance to the Ground Operations Manager in charge of the given airport
  • General administration and reporting duties
  • Any other task assigned by the Head of Ground Operations or the supervisor Ground Operations Manager of the position
  • Ability to live and work in Vienna
  • Active student status
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Creative and proactive personality with „can do” approach
  • Computer skills
  • Flexible approach and ability to remain diplomatic
  • Aviation experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Newskies, AIMS and SITA systems is an advantage
You can expect a varied task in which you can work on your own responsibility and so significantly support the company's success.
The salary is at least gross EUR 11.00 per hour (basic part-time).
