For our international Client Adecco is recruiting the following position
IT Support (m/f)
  • Provide Tier 1 Service Desk Support.
  • Manage time and maintain service record; clearly specify network problems and escalate to appropriate resources.
  • Configure and maintain Windows domain user accounts.
  • Follow the organization's data protection and network securities and antivirus policies.
  • Install, configure, and maintain applications as required by the organization.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.
Type and Amount of Experience:
  • Be trained and certified on hardware and software systems
  • 1-3 years of IT supporting experience
  • Experience in providing operational support
  • Training on various software applications
  • Basic german skills required
Technical and behavioral Competencies:
  • Basic to intermediate networking knowledge (Windows and CISCO)
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communicaton skills
  • Be able to effectively undersand and carry out rules, orders and instructions
  • Ability to work independently, and ready to learn
For this position we pay a minimum wage of EUR 1.884,99  (Fulltime). We are prepared to exceed depending on qualification and experience.

Working time: Monday - Friday, 40h/week
